Pre-launch Privacy Notice

Celebrating Chapters is currently in development. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through our Early Access and product-research form.
What we collect
We require your first name and email address to add you to Early Access. You may optionally tell us which life Chapters interest you, when you are planning, what inspires you about the concept, features you would value, problems you have experienced with other planning tools, and tools or apps you have tried.
Why we collect it
- To manage the Early Access list and contact you about access.
- To understand which problems and features matter most to potential users.
- To aggregate research themes that help us prioritize the product.
- To understand how visitors found the site through basic referral and campaign parameters.
Product updates are optional
Joining Early Access allows us to contact you about Early Access. Broader product news and launch updates are a separate, optional checkbox and are not selected by default.
How we protect the information
Early Access submissions are stored in our protected application database. The public website cannot read the Early Access list. Public submissions are validated through a server-side endpoint, and privileged database credentials are not exposed in the browser.
AI and product research
We may use automated analysis to aggregate responses into themes, such as common pain points, requested features, or gaps in existing tools. We use those aggregated findings to guide product decisions. We do not use an individual response to make consequential decisions about that person.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell Early Access contact information. We may use service providers that operate the infrastructure needed to host, secure, analyze, or communicate about Celebrating Chapters, subject to their applicable data-protection obligations.
Retention and removal
We keep pre-launch information while it remains useful for Early Access and product research, unless a longer period is required for security, compliance, or dispute purposes. You can request deletion or correction by contacting us.
